My purchase and installation of the software was almost perfect. The problems encountered were mostly my ineptitude. I had an older version of Microsoft Office on my older laptop that was no longer supported. I purchased a new laptop but was unable to move/copy my older software to the new laptop and didn’t want to pay a monthly rent for the 365 version so looked for an older version that wouldn’t break my piggybank. Shop Software Keys is reputable and was also very helpful in getting me straightened out. Thank you so very much.

We are very happy with Shop Software Keys Microsoft Excel on our Mac. We were using excel, updated the Mac and got Numbers which was difficult for us to work with. My husband worked almost a whole day getting the Microsoft Excel going the way we wanted. We are very happy.

My first snafu was that my internet connection created some communication problems that did not allow my original order to be processed properly so I went to a neighbor’s home to resend the order. I have done a lot of internet shopping and never encountered this problem before. The re-ordering process went smoothly but could be improved, and save everyone some time, if it were made clear at the time of placing the order that one should choose between the PC and Mac versions of the software. I got the wrong one and it took me a bit to sort that out. The MS website for downloading the software was not functioning so I wasted considerable time getting the download – probably a more knowledgeable person would have sorted that out more quickly and operated much more efficiently! Through my struggles to complete the transaction, I have extremely positive and helpful interactions with your employees, particularly, Dave, Carlos and Wassif?. The price and product are excellent. When I purchased this software bundle I missed where I had to check the box for Mac software and ended up with P.C. software. Alex from customer service responded quickly and helped to get me the correct software and talked me through the installation process. Very helpful! My software was up and running within an hour.

When I put my order in the activation code did not work for my product, for a split second I thought this was going to be a scam, I contacted technical support, within 10 minutes the problem was fixed and my product worked exactly as it was supposed to. I will definitely deal with this company again.
